During the eruption of Eyjafjallajökull on Iceland, we had some especially photogenic weather in the Oslo area.
Without much notice, a fairly blue sky with modest clouds could suddenly give of a flash of heavy rain and even some snow.
Caught in the evening light of a setting sun, I watched these clouds appear, drop their cargo and vanish within 30 minutes.
