Lifetips - Get one extra hour per day

Most of us say "if only I had more time" or "if only the day had X more hours". I'm reading a book by Michael Heppel called Brilliant Life and in this book he lists 10 tips on how to get 30 minutes more every day, and thats a good start.
  1. Go to bed 15 minutes early and get up 15 minutes early
  2. Learn the right way to say "no"
  3. Have a big clear-out, junk slows you down
  4. Check your email twice a day
  5. Don't watch the news
  6. Time phonecalls, give your self a limit
  7. Move faster, walk faster, talk faster
  8. Book 45 minute meetings instead of 1 hour meetings
  9. Learn how to delegate
  10. Buy in some help

Every tips is explained in more detail in the book. Combine this with the two minute rule and you may save even more time every day.

Get Michael Heppell's book from Amazon here : Brilliant Life. Or get the audiobook-version for free here Brilliant Life, at Audible. Its free, only if you are not all ready a member.
